My goal is to earn while doing what I love surrounded by interesting people in interesting places.
I’m a teacher at heart. My first experience teaching was as a scout leader. Knots and how to build fires, That sort of thing.
Even then I had realised how much I enjoyed passing on knowledge.

I have now been scuba diving for nearly a decade with over 500 dives logged and I still enjoy every second in the water. I have taught a great variety of students from kids to elderly and have had the privilege of diving with adaptive divers that have had both learning and physical disabilities.
I’m currently based in Morecambe working in affiliation with MAD Dive School, with whom I help to run regular trips both around the UK and abroad to destinations like the Red Sea.
My experience teaching courses spans from entry level to co-teaching professional courses with a lot of everything in-between. I want my students to succeed as much as they do because when they overcome an obstacle I succeed in my goal as their instructor.
